March - May
Thank you for those who have been faithfully praying for me, it is with great delight that I can say I passed my last block, my pre final, as well as my final practical exam. I am currently studying and preparing for my final SANC exam which I write on the 25th of May. Please continue to pray for the Lord's leading as to what I should do next with regards to further studies.
I went on a road trip with a sister in Christ from the Vaal ,to Jeferey's Bay in April after my pre final exam. Each morning we woke up to the beauty of the ocean and it's crashing waves, we got to stick our feet in the sand as we watched the dolphins greet us with delightful jumps in the air. I had some time to reflect on God's awesome creation. I was also blessed with a week away at Mabula game reserve with a group of brothers and sisters in Christ from Midrand Chapel and that was a tremendous blessing and a great time of encouragement and spiritual refreshment. We enjoyed sweet time of fellowship and we were blessed to see many animals roaming around in the bush.
Dear friends,
What a wonderful opportunity to praise the Lord for His faithfulness and to thank Him for His abundant grace in my life. March the 26th was my 8th rebirth day. Fond memories of when I first tasted of the Lord and saw that He was good still remain close to my heart. I am also thankful to the Lord for yet another year of His mercy in my life, it still sometimes feels as if we just met, but as I get to know my first love through the pages of scripture I realise how little I know of Him still. I realise all the more how undeserving I am of His adoration and His love. I rejoice because of His love for me! I can know that I am His, I can know that I am loved. I am content because I have Christ and He is all I will ever need.

In my previous update I mentioned that I had been struggling with my health, the Lord has sustained me and I am feeling a lot better now. I was on ARV treatment for 6 weeks due to a needle prick injury in the hospital, the medication made me feel very ill and caused much discomfort BUT I praise the Lord for His sovereignty even in this trial because it has taught me to be more dependant on the Lord for strength through the dark times. The third lot of blood tests have been done and I am still negative of the virus, so praise be to God for that!

I completed another theology subject and I am due to write my next subject on the 16th of June. I praise the Lord for His strength and for the discipline to do what is required of me in this despite my weaknesses. I hope to attend the Shepherds conference next week and look forward to the teaching of God's word. Margie Tripp will also be teaching us on “how to" shepherd a child's heart at the next Solar 5 ladies Conference. I hope also to attend the next Biblical World-view conference on the 1st and 2nd of June where Justin Peters will be giving a Biblical critique on the word of faith movement.
Grace Sasolburg will be hosting another STM team from Grace community Church in July and I am really looking forward to that. Please pray for this time, that the Lord would use it for His glory and raise up future missionaries through it. I also hope to join Midrand Chapel on a Missions trip to Zimbabwe in August if the Lord wills it.

Please continue to pray for those who I get to minister to on a day to day basis, the harvest is plentiful and the workers are few. Pray that the Gospel will be known and that many will come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ.
I learnt a great truth the other day in a sermon about praying for the lost. So often we pray because we don't want our loved ones to go to hell, but we should be praying that they would be saved so that God would be glorified in them.
